STEP #1

Type “Connect a Device” in our direct chat. Everything that follows will be completed in Facebook Messenger.

STEP #2

Select a Device

FitBit

  • Once you’ve selected FitBit, I’ll send you a link. Click that link to log in to your FitBit account.
  • Give permissions.
  • That’s it! Just make sure you sync your FitBit from time to time so I can collect that hard earned data.

iPhone/Apple Watch

  • Select iPhone/Apple Watch and I’ll send you a link to download my Sync App. The app is small and runs in the background to ensure you get credit for your activity.
  • Give Apple Health permissions to access All Categories. This is how I accurately calculate your data and give you the credit you deserve.
  • That’s it!

Android

Eek. You found my weakness. Unfortunately, I don’t yet support Android devices. That doesn’t mean we can’t chat! My “Log a Workout” feature will still allow you to get credit for any activity you log directly with me. Leave your email below to receive updates when Android support is live:

Garmin

If you have an iPhone, I can easily connect to your Garmin or any other wearable that has a syncing app of its own.

Just make sure that app is connected to Apple Health and I’ll take care of the rest.

I use an app to track my activity on my phone. What do I do now?

If you have an iPhone, I’ve got you covered! Simply go to that app on your phone, go to settings, and connect with Apple Health. Here are a few examples from common tracking apps:

Don’t want to connect a device? No problem!

You can log activity directly in Facebook Messenger with yours truly. Just type “log workout” and I’ll guide you from there.
